These terms
These terms apply when you buy from Puddle Hound as a consumer. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling. Price includes VAT where applicable.
- Delivery is charged as shown in your basket and on the delivery page. The total, including delivery, is shown before you pay.
- Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your card details.
Your order
When you pay, we send an email confirming your order; that is when the contract is formed. If we cannot supply an item (for example it is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong), we will tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only, within the times shown on each product page and the delivery page. If we do not deliver within 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund.
Cancelling and returns
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. See returns & refunds for how it works and what is refunded.
Faulty goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, explained on the returns page.
Product safety
Please read the safety notes on each product page. Supervise your dog with any new product, and stop using it if it is damaged.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Complaints and law
Email hello@puddlehound.co.uk with any complaint and we will reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
